Booking conditions:

Rates subject to change without notice.
Minimum bookings apply.
Bookings require a 50% deposit (minimum 1 nights rate).
Confirmation is sent out within 24 hours of deposit being received.
Booking may be cancelled without notice if deposit is not received within 7 days.
Some dogs allowed only if management is notified prior to arrival. A one off charge of $10 applies due to additional cleaning and hygiene steps taken on your departure. Rules apply.
No smoking indoors.
Check-in is 2pm onwards.
Check-out is 10am.

Cancellation Policy

Less than 14 days prior to arrival 25% of total tariff.
Less than 7 days prior to arrival 50% of total tariff.
Less than 1 day prior to arrival 100% of total tariff.
During peak tariff periods there are no refunds available unless the unit is resold, if the unit is resold a fee of one nights tariff will apply.
In all cases a minimum $35 administration fee applies.
